Trustee

Daybreak is seeking Trustees to join our Board and help shape the future Oxford’s most award-winning dementia day centres.

As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in providing strategic leadership, good governance and oversight, ensuring Daybreak continues to deliver high-quality services and support.

What are we looking for?

We welcome applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. In particular, we are keen to hear from individuals with expertise in
·Personal or professional experience with people living with dementia
·Governance, experience on a board of trustee, or in a charity.
·General business knowledge

However, more important than expertise is a commitment to the values that underpin everything we do.

Trustees Do:
·       Attend approximately four Board meetings per year
·       Ensure the financial stability and effective administration
·       Monitor the performance
·       Safeguard the good name and values of Daybreak.

Previous Trustee experience is welcome but not essential. An information pack is below.
